So I found a mother and newborn litter in the furnace room this spring, spent 5 months raising them. Now I’m free again to pursue renovating in my spare time.

I won the Runnerup Best Use of the Medium at Imadon Chalkfest 2009. I also had 3 paintings published on the Summer Solstice in the 20-million monthly page-views international women’s website Bellaonline.com–for their Mused Magazine. Plus, the month-long December exhibit at the Oakwood Arts Center in Toronto is coming up and should be exciting.

I also finished a horror novella this past spring, entitled Seven And Eva In French’s Forest, which I will offer to members of ATstudio.ca..

ATstudio.ca will always exhibit my newest paintings for free, but my entire catalogue of writings and art will be available to members of the site. Otherwise, people are free to buy the pieces singly. For art, I can offer Giclee (print-on-canvas replicas), Originals & Posters. As always, my poetry collection, The Sunspots Of Serendipity: Abridged Edition, is availabe through Amazon.com, Authorhouse.com, Barnes & Noble–and of course, ATstudio.ca…

Artsquest Artists have installed their work on the 3rd floor. My 3×4 ft. pieces will be on display again on the 17th&18th of October, in the Passageway between the Library and Wolf Performance hall.

Also, I’m currently offering painting replicas at $150 until the end of 2008. These 12MP prints on canvas are re-stretched to a 3×4 ft. frame, to closely match the original work. (Colour-matching may vary slightly, and gallery frames are $100 extra.) These are great value for X-Mas presents–or just to finally fill up some of that blank wall space. Contact me for more details: info@studio.ca. (Free shipping in London, ON).

* Unstretched prints are available at lesser cost, and can be shipped anywhere (rolled into a tube). Contact me for details: info@atstudio.ca

Kuhleborn – River Song Album

Marcel and I are writing an album about Canada, its rivers, and cultural heritage. So far I’ve written lyrics for 6 songs: Kuhleborn, Tecumseh, The Lights At Tate Bridge, Spring Hollow (Requiem For The Wishing Well), Being Canuck Is Hockey, Eh, and Wings Of The Thunderbird. We’re aiming for 12 more.

Our love song album Never Lose Your Stars came back from mastering, but we’re still in meetings discussing its marketability.

The pop rock album is waiting on a live off the floor recording to come back from the studio so the busy band members have something to which to practice.

Poetry:

I have a design call on the Aug. 25 to finalize the self-publishing package with Authorhouse. After that, it should be a month or two before available in paperback online at my website and Authorhouse.com. Once it’s available I’ll have a book signing, and forward copies to my agents in NY to market.

Art:

I won the Best Religious at the Chalkfest for my unintentional abstract of the Virgin Mary. Since, I’ve had the original re-appraised by the Philip Aziz Foundation at $1800. My agent in TO is now organizing new advertising strategies for the GTA.

Two 3×4 foot pieces from Project Dogelectrik are still on show at The London Music Club. I also have a print available at Fine Art Custom Framing.

A pending viewing by the McIntosh Gallery for a possible show is long in the coming, but should happen this fall.

All prints and Giclee are now available.
