Kuhleborn – River Song Album

Marcel and I are writing an album about Canada, its rivers, and cultural heritage. So far I’ve written lyrics for 6 songs: Kuhleborn, Tecumseh, The Lights At Tate Bridge, Spring Hollow (Requiem For The Wishing Well), Being Canuck Is Hockey, Eh, and Wings Of The Thunderbird. We’re aiming for 12 more.

Our love song album Never Lose Your Stars came back from mastering, but we’re still in meetings discussing its marketability.

The pop rock album is waiting on a live off the floor recording to come back from the studio so the busy band members have something to which to practice.

Poetry:

I have a design call on the Aug. 25 to finalize the self-publishing package with Authorhouse. After that, it should be a month or two before available in paperback online at my website and Authorhouse.com. Once it’s available I’ll have a book signing, and forward copies to my agents in NY to market.

Art:

I won the Best Religious at the Chalkfest for my unintentional abstract of the Virgin Mary. Since, I’ve had the original re-appraised by the Philip Aziz Foundation at $1800. My agent in TO is now organizing new advertising strategies for the GTA.

Two 3×4 foot pieces from Project Dogelectrik are still on show at The London Music Club. I also have a print available at Fine Art Custom Framing.

A pending viewing by the McIntosh Gallery for a possible show is long in the coming, but should happen this fall.

All prints and Giclee are now available.
